Our compensation and benefits

 Gateway can help you reap the rewards of your talents.

·         Commissions—As an Advisor, you are paid a commission for new business and assets under management. Commission rates vary by product and level of performance. We do not limit your earning potential.

·         Bonus—In addition to commissions, we reward you for building long-term relationships with clients and providing ongoing service to those clients.

·         Other compensation—We know that it takes time to build a successful practise. We will provide funding to assist you with the growth of your client base when you need it the most
